What does it contain?
10 Online Sessions
You will be given 10x 45-minute long online group sessions. Class will be twice a week at a mutally convenient time arranged with Linda beforehand. Taking the 10 Session Package unlocks further benefits offered by Linda to her students.
LIVE Coaching
Coaching sessions are taught live to the group as opposed to played from a video recording. Linda adjusts the lessons based on needs of the students during the class.
Experiencing ABM®
NeuroMovement® 9 Essentials
This course is experiential in nature. You will tap into the potency of brain plasticity and your own brilliant, innate intelligence.
If you feel FROZEN in one place emotionally, cognitively, and/or physically and can't find an effective way to step out of the ordinary to achieve NEW levels of performance, then the VIP Star Package* is the right course for you to take.
